Carew from Hong Kong) with board and lodging, and a sum of money to be afterwards refunded, I am directed by the Prison Commissioners to acquaint you that £21.0.0 has been handed to this Officer by the Governor, who now reports that Mrs. Lewis has applied to him for an advance.
